About the instructor: Shelley Nichols, founder of Ultimate Cake, has worked with cake and sugar art for more than 25 years, and has solid experience in this subject. She has a teaching degree and a pedagogical approach, and is always very well prepared.
The classroom is spacious with good lighting, and all classes and workshops are very thoroughly planned. Parking is available close to the venue, which is also close to two different busstops (bus 1 & 3).
